    QUALIFIED BUTCHER

    With 15 years of experience as a butcher, Jake’s journey began humbly as a cleanup kid in Warburton at just 15. For two years, he absorbed the craft, learning the importance of quality and care in every cut. After that, he spent four years as an apprentice, honing his skills and deepening his passion for butchery. Now, as a full-time butcher, he takes pride in providing customers with the finest meats and personalised service. Each day, he strives to honour the tradition of this trade while building lasting relationships with his community. His work is not just about meat; it's about sharing his love for food and supporting local families.

    DIRECTOR

    Leon brings 30 years of extensive experience in the food industry, with a specialisation in machinery maintenance and fit-outs for hotel kitchens, butcher shops, cafes, and retail spaces.
